Children Enrolled Less than 45 Days: Report will display children
where sum of all Enrolled Dates is 45 days or less.
Over Income
- Eligibility Income for CACFP. Report will list the most recent Family Income
where Approved for USDA = yes and child is enrolled in an USDA/CACFP Approved
Centers (see above).
PROMIS Picklist: A list of all picklist and picklist choices in your
PROMIS database.
Well-Child Care (EPSDT) Summary Report: Report will summarize child
EPSDT information.
USDA/CACFP Approved Centers: report is based off of report Center
Licensing and will show those centers with 'USDA/CACFP Approved Center' checkbox checked
in Center Licensing,
100% Attendance Report. Added
parameter to collect “Children with attendance percentage greater than:” Based
on user entry, report will display children with percentage greater than
entered.
Average Enrolled Attendance Percentage Alert.
Added parameter called: Display children who have an Average Daily
Attendance percentage greater than, added radio button for Greater Than or
Lesser Than choice
If user chooses ‘Lesser than’, report will display children with
Attendance Percentage lesser than amount entered in box.
If user chooses ‘Greater than’, report will display children with
Attendance Percentage greater than amount entered in box.
Children With Disabilities and Children With Disabilities - Sorted
by Disability. Adjusted reports to display all Disability Statuses and adjusted
report to group by Disability and sort by ‘Result Date’, with most recent
‘Result Date’ at top.
Children With Disabilities with Comments - adjusted to group by
Disability, then sort by ‘Result Date’, with most recent ‘Result Date’ at top.
Disabilities Services - adjusted to sort by Date, most recent Date
at top.
Family Income Calculations report adjusted to display the
'Eligibility Income' information.

Staff Training History – Individual Report: Changed ‘Date Planned’
to ‘Date Started’.
Transportation report – Passenger List V1 and V2. Updated and
enhanced.
Streamlined report generation by:
a) Removing
‘extra’ summary page.
b) Adding
‘Current as of today’ for Status Dates. This option will allow the user to more
effectively use the ‘Add To My Saved Filter’ feature. If you choose ‘Current as
of today’ and save the report filter, then when you run the report it use the
current date (as opposed to a fixed date when the report filter was initially
saved).
c) Allowing
user to save Report Filter Settings.
Select the ‘Add to My Saved Filter’ to save the Filter Choices
(Enrolled Statuses, Current as of, Home Visit Types and Date Range)
made for the report.
To view a report with the saved settings, click View in the My Saved
Filter column.
Then choose the Run Report for the filter settings that you wish to
use. Note: You may have more than one ‘Saved Filter’.
Address Directory. Added message if the Start Date is empty:
"You have addresses without Start Dates. Start Dates are needed inorder
for reports and letters to function properly. Do you wish to enter a Start
Date?"
BETA - EPSDT – Ability to view and track EPSDT for children. See the
required Screenings, etc for your children ‘At-a-Glance.’ See EPSDT per child
or per classroom/caseload. See which children are uptodate, past due or needing
screenings. Additional New EPSDT Reports.
Further EPSDT Updates
For all built-in
schedules the date ranges for 3 year, 4 year, 5 year periods has been
increased to 9 months.
All
required EPSDT procedures will now display a Green
Asterisk (*) in the necessary data entry screens.
Family Application Forms
Adjusted formatting in Application Form 1 to print more efficiently
and use only one page.
Enhanced print friendly version
Added in the following Eligibility Types:
"Enrolled
due to status as Homelessness**" -
if most recent Application has 'Was the Family homeless at any
point during the enrollment year?' = Yes
"Enrolled although over income (100-130%) and no public

Linked the text results in Child General Health: Food Allergies to

Child's Current Dietary Habits - Added Question: Does the Child have
any Food Allergies? Responses are Yes, No, Unknown, N/A. If yes, comments box.

Enhancement to Event and Participant Screen
1. Events are now listed in the following format: Date – Test Type :
Test Name
2. Added ‘hints’ to New Group and New Event listings
3. Event Information and Participant Listing have been separated
into separate screens for increased efficiency.
4. Enhanced the flexibility for adding Event Participants. You may
now choose between adding participants from a previous event, children enrolled
in a class session or by using the Family Search screen.
5. Enhanced Event Participant Sign In Sheets to display additional
information.
Removed SS# from Print-Friendly view of Staff Demographic Form.
Added a new feature to allow a Staff Member’s name to be viewed by
other Staff, even if the other Staff do not have Organizational Access to where
the staff member is employed. This will allow Staff to assign Tasks to upper
level Management Staff such as Disabilities Coordinator, Mental Health
Coordinator, etc.
Donation Details (Donation Received By), adjusted staff quick list
drop down menu.
Edit/View Letter Template: Preview your Letters and Labels!! PROMIS
Users can now select a Letter or Label and get a preview of what the letter/label
looks like and/or how the label is set up prior to generation.
Letter directory choosing 'Send letter(s) I selected by email'
PROMIS will (1) give a warning before sending the email (2) and notify if the
email address has NOT been entered for the family /staff member.

Enhanced access to Program Information Report. Allowing Users to
have the ability to access PIR, but not make changes.
Retrieve Extra Enrollment Record
Added a column and check to the left hand side to allow user to
select records and ‘Delete selected records’.
Added a link to Program Enrollment column. If user clicks on Program
Enrollment of a person, a new window opens in Internet Explorer to display PE
info for child.
